1. Acceptance

By subscribing to the service, you accept these terms in full.

2. Account

The client is responsible for credentials and all actions in their account.

3. Permitted use

The service is for legitimate commercial prospecting. Use for spam or unsolicited bulk mailing is prohibited.

4. Payment and cancellation

Monthly billing, no lock-in. Cancel anytime; subscription ends at the end of the paid cycle.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. algarit.pt does not guarantee specific commercial results.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you with reasonable advance notice.
