A quick guide to your AI-powered sales team.
A setup assistant guides you through: Company (what you do), Offer (products/services), Search (target segments and markets), Artificial Intelligence, Sending (sender and SMTP) and, optional but recommended, the example e-mail the AI uses as a base. Then you activate prospecting.
The system detects replies in the inbox and flags them in the Dashboard. You can prepare follow-ups for non-responders (with review before sending). Reports show response, open and click rates, conversion by class, weekly evolution and subject-line A/B testing.
In Settings you define the company, offer, markets/segments, AI, SMTP, the e-mail language (automatic per lead, or fixed PT/EN) and e-mail templates (create, edit, apply). The interface is available in Portuguese and English.
Santi is the AI assistant that explains the platform, answers questions and helps you configure it. Sending e-mails is never done by the assistant — it is always a human action in the Dashboard.
