How to use prospectai

A quick guide to your AI-powered sales team.

How it works, in 4 steps

  1. Discovers — finds B2B target companies in your markets and segments.
  2. Studies & qualifies — analyses each company and assigns a class (A/B/C) and a compatibility score.
  3. Writes — drafts the personalised first-contact e-mail, in the right language (based on your template, if set).
  4. You send — review in the Dashboard and approve with one click. Sending is always yours.

Getting started

A setup assistant guides you through: Company (what you do), Offer (products/services), Search (target segments and markets), Artificial Intelligence, Sending (sender and SMTP) and, optional but recommended, the example e-mail the AI uses as a base. Then you activate prospecting.

Dashboard — your daily routine

  • See your plan and monthly usage (opportunities used/limit, e-mails sent, renewal).
  • Leads to review: analysis, briefing, proposed e-mail and recipient; you can edit the "To", approve & send, regenerate or reject.
  • Sent leads: opens and clicks, detected replies (to classify) and next follow-up.

Replies, follow-ups and reports

The system detects replies in the inbox and flags them in the Dashboard. You can prepare follow-ups for non-responders (with review before sending). Reports show response, open and click rates, conversion by class, weekly evolution and subject-line A/B testing.

Settings and language

In Settings you define the company, offer, markets/segments, AI, SMTP, the e-mail language (automatic per lead, or fixed PT/EN) and e-mail templates (create, edit, apply). The interface is available in Portuguese and English.

Assistant

Santi is the AI assistant that explains the platform, answers questions and helps you configure it. Sending e-mails is never done by the assistant — it is always a human action in the Dashboard.
